Nutzung

Prüft ob ein Datum nach  ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) geformt ist.

Ist allerdings sloppy, es wird nicht auf Bindestriche, nicht auf Gesamtlänge und Erweiterungen geprüft.
